Translation with the price and word limit up front

English and Spanish documents, medical and technical files, and websites. Each package has a fixed price, a word cap and a second linguist who checks the work before you get it.

Not sure which package? Paste a few paragraphs.

It tells you which package your text fits, and what to do if it doesn't.

Paste text or enter a number. The counting happens in your browser. Nothing you type leaves this page.

Which kind of document?

Paste some text to see where it lands.

Several documents? Add their word counts together.

If your file is a scan or a photo, the text may need recognition before we can count or translate it. Those go through a quote.

Counts vary by program. We count source words. Our count at order time decides the package.

What you're buying, written down

Every package reads like this before you pay: one price, one word cap, an estimated turnaround.

After you pay

You buy first, then send files. Here's the order of things.

  1. You pay on Stripe's page. We never see your card number.

  2. A confirmation page and email ask for your brief: languages, deadline, glossary, file links.

  3. We translate. A second linguist reviews it. Corrections come back before delivery.

  4. You get the files. If something doesn't match your source, tell us within 14 days and we fix it.

The long version

What we do, and what we don't

What we do

  • Translate English and Spanish documents and websites.
  • Print the price and the word cap on every package before you pay.
  • Have a second linguist review each job before it reaches you.
  • Fix errors you report within 14 days.

What we don't

  • Certified or notarized translations of personal documents: birth certificates, diplomas, immigration paperwork.
  • Interpreting, apostille, or legal or medical advice.
  • Promise that a court, agency or regulator will accept a translation. Nobody can promise that for you.

If your file is over a cap, scanned and needs text recognition, due fast, or in a language pair we haven't listed, ask first. A proper quote beats squeezing it into the wrong box.

Questions before you buy

Call or write. A person reads every message. Tell us the document, the languages and the date you need it, and we'll point you to a package.
