What happens after you click Add

Six steps, in this order. The one people don't expect: you pay first and send files second. That's because the price is fixed by the package, not by the file, so there's nothing to wait on before checkout.

  1. You pick a package and pay

Choose the package whose word cap fits your document (Prices), set the language pair on the cart line, and pay on Stripe's hosted page. We never see your card number. A confirmation email goes to the address you gave Stripe.

  2. You send the brief and the files

The page you land on after paying has a short brief form: languages, deadline preference, any terms you want kept as they are. Then send the files by replying to the confirmation email at payments@rabbittranslate.com, or share a link. No uploads happen before you've paid.

  3. A translator does the first pass

We check that the files open and that the word count fits the cap. If something's off (scanned pages, a file that won't open, more words than the package covers) we write to you before work starts, not after.

  4. A second linguist reviews it

A different person compares the translation against your source, line by line, and fixes what they find. Skip this step and what you have is a draft. How the check works

  5. We deliver

You get the translated files by email or link, formatted to match your source where possible. Word documents come back as Word documents. Where the package includes a glossary or term list, it comes with them.

  6. You have 14 days to flag errors

If something doesn't match the source, tell us within 14 days of delivery and we'll correct it at no charge. Changes of taste, or a different source file, are a separate conversation. Refunds and revisions

How we count the days

Each package lists an estimated turnaround in business days, Monday to Friday. The count starts when we have your payment and complete, readable files, not when you click Add. If we're waiting on you for a missing page, the clock waits too.

These are estimates. We don't promise a delivery date, and a legal or medical document with a lot of defined terms can take the long end of its range.

Faster than the listed range

Rush isn't a package. Tell us the document, the pair and the date you need it, and we'll say whether it's possible and what it costs.
